Ruby Smallbones --What a unique name with a unique spell on her apparels. Her 'out of the box' concept has been welcomed by the world with opened arms. Her Forte: Parallel lines, contrasting prints, luxurious simplicity. And what I love about it is how she plays with geometrics and presents it on her work with simple + bright contrasting colors.

She started out, graduating with a diploma of fashion and embarking on a very successful fashion career since 2005. To top it off in 2007 last yr, she was responsible for designing pieces for the staff of the famous bar/nightclub/palace in SYDNEY called ‘IVY’ and I have to say that got me even more excited about her because that’s Amanda’s & my fav place for a niteout in Sydney so far. It’s the place to be and for her to be the head designer for that place is a pretty cool thing! She has an online store too but prices are a bit on the expensive side as they are designer’s rates. Anyhow, check her out!

Japan Fahion Wk 2008

With the change of seasons around the world, so is fashion for all of us. Japan, a country that never stops amazing people with anything they do; electronics, food, makeup and needless to say, Fashion styles, recently had their fashion week in TOKYO city from the 1st - 7th September 2008.

Tokyo Time

How cool are these watches? Especially the 2nd from the left. Well, its just a few examples of the many showy ones that the Jap's have come out with. Costing for just an approx of AUD$150, its probably quite a bargain considering its unqiue specifications and features.
